Podcast begins Anchor or Spotift

Well, yes, here is another podcast. This is something I've been wanting to start for quite awhile now so I decided to just do it.

For me, I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and when I have made recordings for my meditations, I then spend far too long, editing out every little breath or umm or arr. I found the editing actually took longer than the recording, and I wasn't really enjoying it.

I noticed that with Podcasts people just seem to chat and that is something that I liked. Anyone who knows me, will know that just chatting something that I can do very easily.

Here is my first podcast. Please have a listen even if you don't get to the end I believe even 30 seconds in will add up my ratings.
