Reiki Level 1 - Self Healing

Service Description

Level 1 the emphasis is on self healing.  You will receive four attunements to help you remember that you are, and always have been Reiki.  You will be taught the five principles to assist you in keeping mindfulness and setting the intent.  You will be given the first symbol, Cho Ku Rai.  You will be shown hand positions so that you can treat yourself and others. Thoughts of Reiki….. level 1 is more of a journey of the self. It can help you to see things from a unique perspective. Calmer, more rational and gives you a space to step into. Many people take level 1 with no intention of going further, they just enjoy their own learning. But many choose to continue onwards, enjoying their spiritual journey. The day consists of meditations, learning about development through your energy chakras and a healing with attunement to the Reiki symbols. All very chilled and relaxing. Then for the next 30 days you may like to keep a diary of your changing thoughts having seen how things can change by your different thinking. See how it feels. No pressure at all but I wanted to explain it to you, just for you. Level 1 £152 A deposit of £52 is payable to confirm your place.
